Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask for another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may help too.
